A MARVEL LIKE NO OTHER . This one's a jewel that shines brighter than any property in Pattaya From the moment u enter the Lobby to your pathway to the room , it's a treat for your senses . The rainforest theme all around makes u feel zen . The magnificent ocean views opp the elevators on every floor are breathtaking. We were really assisted very well by Ms Onaman & then it was an absolutel pleasure to meet miss Wanna , who heads the team & made sure that my kids were really happy with the room . Miss Duan & miss Ann at the dusit gourmet , & Mr Surichok at the kids room was a master at keeping the kids happy & engaged with activities. I can summarize by saying that if u visit Dusit thani pattaya, u will realize that it's an oasis in itself . Keep it up guys , 10/10 . Khap khun khaap

In love with the hotel. We called up directly to the hotel reservations to book for 3 nights, 2 rooms end of April. They were patient and gave great deals on rooms. Upon arrival they gave us early checkin (as rooms were free) and upgrade. We had specific view requirements from the rooms and they did give. The staffs are extremely patient , always smiling to lift your mood up. Special thanks to Pariyanee of reservations; the girls at front office they did so much extra to ensure our convenience (sorry I’m having trouble to recall the name but yes they are the best). The breakfast buffet is huge and options are available for every nationality. The restaurants have great food. This place is calm, their pool is great, private beach access, so much to explore inside the hotel itself. Their spa place is amazing like a tropical rainforest vibe. Their Laguna bar is great. Thailand has problem with no housekeeping after evening but Dusit did get us as a when we required sometime. I’m in awe with everything they did for us. We wanted to go to Koh Larn, their tour partners arrange speed boats right from the private beach and took us back to the hotel private beach

Another fantastic stay in the Club Grand rooms at the Dusit Pattaya. We have been coming here for 18 years and will continue to come. We had 2 rooms side by side on the 8th floor (Club Floor). Beautiful views down the Pattaya Beach and over the pools. The Club Lounge is awesome, beautiful buffet food every night (included in stay) and 2 hours “happy hour” from 5.30-7.30. Only disappointment was the wine. It tasted watered down, I even asked the staff if it was. Both red and white are apparently from Chile. Other than that we still love the Dusit and would recommend it to everyone.

I was at dusit several times, I was very disappointed for a 5-star hotel this is not ok. I might paid for 5-stars but I got a 3 star hotel instead when it comes to cleanliness in the rooms 😭. I’m not really sure what happened I had the smoker room this time. The food was delicious as always even as a vegan I had a lot of options.
